Camping site regulations
Dear guests,
Welcome to Alfsee! We look forward to your visit. Our employees will be happy to make the days or weeks of your stay as pleasant as possible. In the interest of all camping site guests, we kindly request that you avoid anything that might disturb the community of camping site guests. We also ask you to observe the following rules to make your stay a smooth one:
1. Please register at the Alfsee Center (reception desk) on your arrival. Late visitors must be registered at the reception desk in advance.
2. Please refer to the valid scale of charges for the fees that you as a guest have to pay at this camping site. One passenger car per pitch is included in the price. Additional passenger cars must be parked outside the camping site. The parking permit is available at the reception desk.
3. Please follow the instructions of our staff when you are setting up your motor home, caravan, passenger car or tent. The pitch number is the middle of the individual pitch. Please observe the boundary line.
4. Surely, cleanliness is as important to you as it is to us. We therefore request that you leave the sanitary facilities and the entire camping site grounds in clean condition. Small children may use sanitary installations and toilets only when accompanied by an adult. Please always handle the facilities with care.
5. There are to central collection depots for waste of any kind (without liquid though). One each at the standard and at the comfort site.
6. Dogs must be kept on a leash on the entire grounds. Please also ensure that the camping site is not soiled by animals. Dog waste bags are available free of charge at the reception desk. Dog owners must dispose of dog dirt properly. Violators will be punished with warnings and subsequently be barred from the site.
7. Open fire is prohibited on the entire campsite grounds.
8. Please be considerate of the other guests and avoid any disturbing noise. Always turn on your radios, TVs and such quietly. During the rest periods from 1:00-3.00 p.m. and after 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m., avoid all disturbances.During the rest periods, vehicles may not be moved on the campsite. All radios and the like must be turned off after 11:00 p.m..
9. Vehicles may be moved only on the marked paths and at walking speed. Please be mindful of all children and other persons. You are responsible for checking whether driving or walking is possible on the site without danger during the winter, snowfall and frost, with bad weather conditions, etc. We cannot keep the paths free of ice or snow at all times.
10. Special areas are available for ball games. Ball games of any kind are not permitted at the camping site. The children's playgrounds are only for children up to 12 years of age.
11. Departure must be before noon as otherwise an additional overnight fee will be charged. If you want to extent you stay with us, please contact the reception desk early in advance to arrange for any additional days. Please leave a clean pitch when you depart.
12. All employees are entitle to exercise the domiciliary right, i.e. they can refuse admission of persons or ban guests from the site it this is in the interest of the other camping site guests. Any violation of these camping site regulations entitles us to ban you from the site.
13. Merchants and persons that want to conduct business at or in front of the camping site will not be admitted.
14. These camping site regulations and the instructions of the employees are part of the pitch agreement.
15. Gate hours: 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:00-10:00 p.m.. The gate cards are not activated outside of these hours.
